Karl is a very laid back type of instructor makes you feel comfortable and confident. Teaches you not just how to pass the test but also tips and tricks to make you a safer and better driver all while not making you feel bad those time where you might miss a gear change. I was alittle nervous going for hc and crashbox(roadranger) at the same time but with Karl as my instructor from the first lesson I was confident that I can get it done. Just completed my HR examination and passed. Haven't driven a truck for nearly 30 years and chose to refresh myself by taking a few lessons. Spent about 5 sessions with Karl and I passed today I even received a written compliment on my test paperwork. Karl is an awesome instructor, making you feel relaxed and ensuring any errors were rectified in a calm timely manner. Each lesson I grew more confident and mistakes became minimal.
